Saudi Driving Test 2026 ("the App") is operated by SaudiDriving, a sole proprietorship (Empresário em Nome Individual) registered in Lisbon, Portugal. Contact: support@saudidriving.com

2. Data We Collect

Stored locally on your device (offline-first):

Practice progress and exam results
App settings (language, theme, daily goal)
Streak and achievement data
Display name and avatar emoji (if set)

Collected with your consent (analytics):

Anonymous usage events (questions answered, exams completed)
Device type and operating system
App performance and crash reports

We do NOT collect:

Real name, phone number, or government ID
Location data
Contacts or photos
Advertising identifiers

3. How We Use Data

To provide offline practice and exam features
To track your learning progress on your device
To improve the app experience (anonymous analytics only)

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Anonymous analytics data is processed by:

PostHog (EU-hosted, GDPR compliant) — usage analytics
Firebase Analytics (Google) — crash reports and performance

5. Data Storage & Security

Your learning data is stored locally on your device using IndexedDB. No data is sent to external servers unless you explicitly create an account for cloud sync. All communications use HTTPS encryption.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR (EU) and PDPL (Saudi Arabia), you have the right to:

Access your data (Settings → your progress is visible)
Delete your data (Settings → Reset Progress or Delete Account)
Decline analytics (consent banner on first launch)
Export your data (contact us)

7. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Payments

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not store or have access to your payment card details. Refunds are handled per Google Play's refund policies.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
