Saudi Driving Test 2026 ("the App") is an educational tool to help you prepare for the Saudi Arabia driving theory exam. It provides practice questions, mock exams, and traffic sign learning.

Important: This app is for educational purposes only. It is NOT an official government service. Passing practice exams in this app does not guarantee passing the official driving test.

2. Acceptance

By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

3. Free & Premium

The App offers free access to all practice questions and mock exams
Premium features may be offered in the future as a one-time in-app purchase
Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies

4. Content

Practice questions are generated based on Saudi traffic regulations for educational purposes
Traffic sign images are sourced from Wikimedia Commons (Creative Commons license)
We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee all information is current with the latest regulations

5. Your Responsibilities

Use the App for lawful purposes only
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the App
Do not use the App while driving

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

Failure to pass the official driving test
Inaccuracies in practice questions or traffic sign information
Loss of progress data due to device failure
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and original content are owned by SaudiDriving. Traffic sign SVGs from Wikimedia Commons are used under Creative Commons license. AI-generated questions are original works per Saudi Copyright Law Article 4.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
